Praise God and thanks to the medical team for how well Pat is coming alone and healing. He recognizes you, Tena! Thank God for that!!!!!!!! It sounds as if he is coming back and has a far way to go but I'm betting on Pat and his team mate, Tena. Tena, you have been so strong and haven't crumbles to fear once here and are probably the best thing Pat's got on his side aside from his faith. I'm always praying for you two.

Checking in on Pat to see how is doing today? Prayers still going out.

Pat had a good really good and busy day! This morning he breathed 4 hours with a push of the vent when needed. Then physical therapy came in and had Pat setting on the side of the bed for 15 minutes. He just did an hour and a half on the trach collar which is breathing on his own...respiratory said he could go longer but she didn't want to over tire him as he's had a busy day!
