I have been thinking and praying about him more this morning, now I know why, hopefully all our prayers are been answered and he has come through this hurdle.

I was just unloading some chairs from my husband's truck that I leant someone this morning and could not help but think about Pat, in one moment how lives can be changed, hug your hubby even if you are crabby with him at the moment.

I'm still praying and hoping this surgery helps a bit and that apparently being a strong man at the time of his injury, he can fight off these dual infections.

Pat's surgery was a success with no complications. Thank you, Lord! While she was visiting him before surgery this morning, he was looking at her a lot. She gave him commands to move his left toes and raise his left hand and he DID!! However, there is no movement from his right side. I'm sure Tena will be along later to fill us all in.

Yea......so happy the surgery went well. The power of pray is truly amazing. Let's keep them coming and pray for a full recovery, no matter how long it takes! I believe in miracles!

Dear Tena and Pat, I am praying continually for you both, my heart feels all that you both are going through. I have had difficult time posting but felt God led to do so now.

Please keep positive, no matter what, God is overseeing you Pat, and HE will guide those caring for you most of all your Dear Tena, God will provide her HIS strength during this time, and the times ahead for the both of you.

Tena I am here for you if you ever want to call on me, no matter if it is in the wee hours.

I pray for YOUR will to be for Pat in his healing and pray especially for Tena at this time providing her With strength and courage to fulfill the needs that she is going through, let her heart be comforted in knowing YOU are always with her and that YOUR SON JESUS is carrying her and when the time comes HE will set her down to take on whatever needs to be. I am so humbled by the outpouring of prayers for my Pat and myself. I love you YT family! The surgery went as planned and Pat is so much more comfortable without that vent stuck down his throat. Giving him as much comfort as possible is what it's all about for me. We have along road ahead of us, but we will get there, 32 years together makes on heck of a team! Going to get a couple hours sleep now.
