I am truly sorry to read your Michelle has yet to have another surgery.
How much can one go through in such a short time?
There has to be a happy ending for her after this.
I will keep her in my prayer's. Stay strong for her, somehow.
You and the family must be totally exhusted from worry.
I pray this will fix the problem and she can recover soon.

I too have kept track of this thread... and will continue praying for your daughter's full recovery.

Thank you all so much for your prayers and well wishes. Michelle is not doing well at all. Her head is starting to swell. She can't quit vomiting. If she sits up or stands up she vomits. She said the doctors are so frustrated. Michelle said the doctors will be running more tests to see if they can figure out if something is wrong with her stomach. The doctors are also having a meeting to decide what their next step will be. This is so sad and so frustrating that I just don't know what to say anymore. I feel so helpless. All we can do is pray.

Gosh, I feel so terribly sad for all that Michelle has gone through, and is still having so much pain and problems. I will be praying to our loving Lord and Savior. Sending lots of hugs to you and Michelle. Please PM me her name/address where I can send her a card.

Michelle is in surgery now. This will be her 7th surgery. This time they are putting in a pressure release valve so they can adjust the flow and release of the cerebrospinal fluid.

Michelle has been very sick, weak and is still unable to walk. This morning her head started leaking again really bad and that is why they sent her to surgery so fast. The doctors were hoping this could have been avoided because of Michelle's weakened condition, they really did not want to do another surgery so soon. I pray the doctors can get this right so Michelle can heal and be pain free. Your continued prayers are so much appreciated.
