| Check out this website!!! Ken, Have you seen this http:www.imom.org/ ?? What it says on their website?? Companion animals shouldn't have to suffer or die simply because their caretakers are financially challenged. They offer financial help. Please check this out. You are in my prayers still. Praying for your wisdom. I know you are doing what the vet instructed, but praying you haven't run out of options.

| Yorkiesmiles, IMOM is very hard to get. You have to be denied by Care credit and you need all your w-2s from the following year. You also have to have a diagnosis. This is hard to get if you can not afford the MRI(around 1500.00). There are a lot of organizations out there for him to get ahold of. I think he is in the process I know I have sent Ken many differant organizations to get ahold of and so has other people. But it is the red tape you have to go through. IT takes time and that is the worst part. FIrst thing is getting denied by care credit. I have seen people try for a lot of these grants or donation things and get rejected. So you can only apply for one at a time. Man I wish I had the money sometimes to just start a fund of my own and I would we able to help all the pups that need help. I am not trying to beat you down or anything just wanted to let you know it takes time and these things are hard to get approved for.

| I have been in your shoes ...Ill Yorkie ,no where to turn, Broke. and Im still paying the vet bills and will be for a long time. Im not the only one that is wondering why your posting about her in pain and not getting her the help she needs. people have tossed out some great ideal and I have not seen you take anyone up on any of them. We are all on this thread for the support for your Yorkie. But you being the owner you have to take the first step. The way you make her sound she should be at the vets right this minute. You have to remember this is the internet and we have to take your word for it. as with each others. There have been and always will be scammers out there and one must take caution, Im sure you understand that. I posted what I did because it sound like from your words that she is suffering and that you can not help her. Is this not what you have been saying? That is why people are saying If you cant help her get someone that can, There is no meanness in those words those are words of people concerned for your Baby being in so much pain and suffering for so long. We all want to see nothing more then these puppys getting help and the love that they so much deserve. We know you dont want to just hand her over to a resuce or any other place. But you cant just leave her there and not get her help. thats why people suggested the rescue. Their not trying to be mean they are just trying to find help for this baby. To me your no closer to getting her help then you was the day that you posted this thread, and It just hurts us to know she is hurting. |

| I am worried about Emma, only. I have been responding to posts about sick and hurt yorkies since I first became a member. I've offered advice, prayer, and occasionally gifts. Unfortunately, YT has seen more than its share of people trying to take advantage of those of us who DO gift others in this forum to help them out in many situations. As to your hope that I'm never in your situation - too late!! I've sincerely been in worse. If your Emma is in pain this severe, I pray that you are able to find help for her at whatever speed you deem tolerable to yourself. HOWEVER, PLEASE DO NOT FEEL IT NECESSARY TO PM ME AGAIN. As you requested, I'm moving on to other posts and pet owners that I find more palatable. Quote:

| As mean and uncalled for as you think my post might of been, I want you to know, Im not mean, I have took in over 300 homeless animals lots of them sick took my time to get them on their feet and rehome them. Ill be honest. I use to have money and now I dont. I didnt mean any mean thing in my post and I know some words may have hurt you. because these words had been said to me before. but when you have been there you know its up to you to find this baby the help she needs. We are not vets and some may give gifts but your still faced with getting this girl the help she needs and all we can do is pray for a miracle. I prayed for your baby and I will continue to pray for a miracle . |
