				 | I wasn't going to post this because I'm afraid to jinx anything with Cali's recovery but I was just talking to my great friend Gina and she said I should. Cali had a seizure Saturday afternoon. We were really scared that we were going to lose her. The vets stabilized her immediately and THANK GOD she's remarkably doing better today. This is a slow recovery and we're prepared for that, I just pray to god that she never has another seizure again. It was so frightening and awful. Jim was holding her and she went all stiff and lost control of her bowls. I thought she died right there in Jim's arms. I started screaming and Jim was crying and the vets and techs ran in and immediately took over. I have to say they have an EXCELLENT team, especially in a crisis situation. They knew exactly what to do. Jim and I were hysterical but they were so calm and assertive. I'm so thankful I have them watching over my Cali. Thank god she's doing better. The vet said there's a significant difference in her today compared to yesterday. THANK GOD!! I really believe in the power of YT prayers!! Thank you all for praying for my baby!! I'm still scared because we aren't out of the woods yet but I feel more confident today that I did last week.

				 | It sounds like it was a very terrifying experience. Seizures are so scary, and even scarier with a baby her size. I'm still praying for her, and I'm glad that they're seeing improvement.
