I did good on my eating again today but I need to add in some type of exercise. My knees kill me most days, so not sure what to do.

Can u do a mini rebounder? That doesn't seem to bother my knees. Hurts my neck sometimes tho....

I probably could do that..it would be low impact. I need to take advantage of the exercise equipment at work..we have an elliptical a treadmill and a recumbent bike and a big screen tv..so we can watch tv while we exercise

I like those too. I am finding that it helps to have a hot lunch rather than a salad or something cold. It could be that my stomach is adjusting to less food. The first few days were horrible! I was hungry all day and as I was writing everything down I realized I have been over eating for a long time. I have already lost 4lbs. but I think it is just water.

I love all the healthy food options being posted. I need to exercise more as well. This month has been a bit crazy with moving but I seem to always have excuses.

1 was 141 this morning. Coming off way too slowly. I need to ramp up my exercise when dd leaves.

I have so many excuses but I am so proud of myself....yesterday with the storms my husband said let's skip the gym. I told him NO we need to go and we did I am weighing myself once a week so I will post every Monday with my weight loss

Great job everyone it took time to gain it...it will take time to get it off. That's what I keep reminding myself.

I am going to weigh once a week also....the scales go up and down too much for daily weighing. I am doing good on my food consumption and have not had a soda either..only drinking water and black coffee.

That's awesome Michelle! I cannot however do black coffee so what once was a little coffee with my sugar has become 1 tsp of sugar I literally used to put 3-4 tsp. of sugar in my cup of coffee. I want to just live better as far as dieting and exercise.
