I like those too. I am finding that it helps to have a hot lunch rather than a salad or something cold. It could be that my stomach is adjusting to less food. The first few days were horrible! I was hungry all day and as I was writing everything down I realized I have been over eating for a long time. I have already lost 4lbs. but I think it is just water.
I love all the healthy food options being posted. I need to exercise more as well. This month has been a bit crazy with moving but I seem to always have excuses.
