I did good on my eating again today but I need to add in some type of exercise. My knees kill me most days, so not sure what to do. |

1 was 141 this morning. Coming off way too slowly. I need to ramp up my exercise when dd leaves. |
I have so many excuses but I am so proud of myself....yesterday with the storms my husband said let's skip the gym. I told him NO we need to go and we did:D I am weighing myself once a week so I will post every Monday with my weight loss:D Great job everyone it took time to gain it...it will take time to get it off. That's what I keep reminding myself. |
I am going to weigh once a week also....the scales go up and down too much for daily weighing. I am doing good on my food consumption and have not had a soda either..only drinking water and black coffee. |
