Faux Weight "WATCHERS" Support Group meets here :) Okay... I'm loosely following Weight Watchers but I thought the title was a cute play on words :p My plan is to :thumbs_up my movement every day while :thumbdown my caloric intake at the same time. I have 14 weeks to drop 20 pounds so I need to lose about 1 1/2 pounds a week :) Anyone want to join in and have a little accountability right here in black and white?? |
I'd like to lose 25 pounds before the holidays  I plan on eating smaller portions, not ordering out, and NOT drinking soda or eating pizza :panic: :( |
I'd love to join. I could stand to lose 15-20. |
I am totally in! I want to lose 25lbs for our trip to Disney in December:) I started yesterday with eating better and exercise. We can do it!:) |

I'd love to hear what people's workout routines are, and their daily diet. Motivation is not my problem. Figuring out a routine is where I struggle. One that will get results. I can journal, record what I'm doing, I just don't know what to do! LOL. I need a personal trainer.... |
Count me in, I quit smoking in April and the pounds have been adding on. I need some serious motivation to get back on the stationary bike and all the rest of the machines that have been collecting towels or dust. LOL |
Lisa! The 4th Annual Miss Lisa Birthday Cruise in November is going to set you back a few pounds! Mexico...here we come! |

One of my GFs and I are starting a 12 week Beginners workout at the gym today.....ouch! |
I`m in. I just joined ww online. Got arthritis in my knees plus bakers cysts in both knees, so can`t walk but a little. I can do chair exercises tho. |
I really need motivation...was doing really well with carb cycling and then two skin cancer surgeries and a back injury all within 6 weeks of each other, put me back at square one:( I would like to loose about 30 lbs. and I don't have a date to shoot for, just would love to get this excess baggage off!! |

Sounds great!! "OUCH" won't set in until tomorrow or Thursday :sidesplt: Quote:
Good for you!! There are a lot of low resistance things that you can be doing. Do you have access to a pool? Water aerobics is what I have to do for my bad knees. I was hit by a car when I was about 14. My mini trampoline is pretty easy on my knees too.... |

I have about 20lbs to get rid of. I go to the gym 2times a week and take dance lessons 2times a week. Sometimes life gets in the way (have really sick kid right now). I usually wear a pediometer and shoot for 10,000 steps a day. Sometimes that gets done quick walking in circles in my house with all of the furbabies running behind me,it must be the treats that are in my pocket. |

I did giggle at the thought of walking around the house with treats in your pocket. |
I would love to lose 15-20 lbs. I know for a FACT that I will never be back down to my 93lbs. before children weight. LOL So do we post our actual weight on here everyday? LMBO! bwahahahahaa ;) |

I swam 20 laps in the pool and jumped on mini rebounder for about 10 minutes. WAY too out of shape to do 20 minutes   :hide2: :panic: :sfunslap: |
