| Lets get cheezy! How about some CHEESE talk? I am a huge fan of the stronger tasting cheeses. Like Jarlsberg and Stilton Blue and Red Lester. I also like Pecorino and Feta. I'm also a HUGE fan of a SUPER sharp white or yellow cheddar! Mozzarella (fresh) is good with fresh basil and tomato and balsamic (caprese) but otherwise I have little use for it. I like Brie but it has to be paired with something with substance to accentuate the creaminess without overpowering it. Are you a strong(stinky ) cheese lover or a mild or dare I say processed cheese lover? What do you love (or hate) about strong cheeses? Do you pair them with fruit and wine?

| Oh man, I am Cheezy, too! I love x-sharp cheddar, blue cheese (mostly salad dressing) and romano and parmesan. I love cheese and fruit. I grew up eating melted cheddar on hot homemade apple pie - doesn't get much better than that! One of my most favorite combos is cheese and jalapona peppers! |

| We are cheese LOVERS! You all are talking our language. Have you ever tried XXX sharp cheddar from New York? We have not tried it yet, but have heard it is wonderful. We love a good gorgonzola. Jalapenos and cheese is delish. I like a Pinot Noir w cheese. Believe it or not, a good hard cider is tasty w cheese. The fermented apple flavor really goes well w the cheese. I also like to make a cheese fondue w either a guiness or a nice white wine.

Reserve Irish Cheddar Cheese hard cider and wine are both REALLY good with cheese. Same reason apples and grapes are great with cheese I guess cheese fondue with beer or wine is SO good.....too bad I'm on a diet

| The only kind of cheese I have found that I dont care for is feta. I make a 4 cheese pasta that is yummy. Another thing I like to make is loaded french fries topped with cheese, ranch dressing and bacon bits yummo!

| What don't you like about Feta? The salt content? I love salt so that is a major plus for me in the Feta department
