I like a Pinot Noir w cheese. Believe it or not, a good hard cider is tasty w cheese. The fermented apple flavor really goes well w the cheese. I also like to make a cheese fondue w either a guiness or a nice white wine. |
I have had XXX sharp white cheddar from Ireland and I LOVE it!

hard cider and wine are both REALLY good with cheese. Same reason apples and grapes are great with cheese I guess
