				 | I LOVE feta! I also love gorgonzola. No one's said anything about goat cheese? I love a goat cheese pizza. I love the tang. Smoked gouda in sandwiches YUM.

				 | I am not a fan of stinky cheese at all, if it stinks I can't eat it. I tried Blue cheese again the other day, thinking I might be missing something. It tastes like it smells and I couldn't eat it...ewww Not a fan of processed cheese either. I like sharp cheddar, freshly grated Parmesan, pepper jack and colby are my favorites.

				 | I love stinky cheeses the most! I found I did not particularly like parmasano reggiano (sp?) It was too overpowering. Now I probably made myself not like it bc of the price! It was the real stuff, not parmesan.

My sister and I were in Mexico a few years ago and picked up some goat cheese in the market. We both speak Spanish, muy poquito Anyway....we got the cheese back to our condo (it was a very cool condo BTW....it had an open air 2nd floor kitchen overlooking the mountains and sunset! All for $35 a night!).....opened the cheese and spread it on a loaf of crusty bread. Thought it looked different cuz it was rolled in something dark but we are both adventurous.....it was ASH and it was gritty nasty disgusting! We wasted about half of the roll cutting off all of the damn ash

				 | But what kind of cheese? Strong stinky cheeses or mild mellow cheeses or processed american cheese slices?

				 | I wonder if stores sell like a taster set of cheeses? I like all kinds of cheeses but especially more tasty ones rather than bland. Mozzarella cheese is a must for making my lasagna!! |

I guess I do use mozzarella in lasagna, but I try to only use the fresh! I'm going to try my hand at making ricotta cheese soon! The Food Lab: Fresh Ricotta in Five Minutes or Less | Serious Eats

				 | If you go to a cheese shop or a place like whole foods you can buy single slices of multiple cheeses to try! Only works for hard cheeses tho I think. Not sure if they sell softer cheeses that way.

				 | Missed you, too! Oh, you are brave to try to make ricotta cheese! You have to let me know how it turns out. I'm going to see if there are any cheese shops...I think I'd enjoy tasting different cheeses. |

				 | Riccota is a very bland kind of cheese. It reminds me of cottage cheese
