I'm drooling for that chicken salad sand again! May have to go out to that little deli and bring me home a nice fresh one for lunch. And this time I might get one of their Cranberry Nut Cream Cheese Squares to go with. The cake portion looked like it actually had some coconut in it, which should add something I think I would like to that taste combo. That ought to top off a Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich nicely! Oh, and of course add Baked Lays - I can hardly eat at a deli anymore without Baked Lays. Forgot to add to my comments of last evening, the sand is served with a huge dill pickle slice half as long as the platter.

5 Mallowmars! I LOVE these cookies. They are only seasonal here in Hawaii so come this time I always stock up. I just bought two boxes and have less than half a box left.

At the deli yesterday I picked up a wonderful Peanut Butter Marshmallow Rice Cluster Bar and brought it home - had that marvelously nutritional goldmine for lunch today. Ha - probably a million of the most useless and wonderful calories I have ever tasted! There is a layer of a peanut butter frosting on the top, topped by a layer of milk chocolate frosting. And the rice is apparently crushed rice - makes a wonderful meal. Not a nutritious meal but a yummy one. It was several notces above the usual marshmallow rice bar. So far everything the little deli has produced has been topnotched.

Chocolate chip cookie dough..uncooked.

Stinking coconut flower caught on fire in the oven earlier-there needs to be a bigger label on it saying to double the liquid of all recipes when using coconut flour to substitute wheat flower.

but last night I really binged.

I had bbq ribs, chicken and veggie kabobs, shrimp scampi(I didn't eat that of course), Kahuku sweet corn on the cob, white rice(didn't eat that either). I cooked all of this and we ate at 8:30 pm. I'm surprised my kids didn't fall asleep before the food was cooked. lol

I think i'll have some ribs for lunch.
