I'm drooling for that chicken salad sand again! May have to go out to that little deli and bring me home a nice fresh one for lunch. And this time I might get one of their Cranberry Nut Cream Cheese Squares to go with. The cake portion looked like it actually had some coconut in it, which should add something I think I would like to that taste combo. That ought to top off a Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich nicely! Oh, and of course add Baked Lays - I can hardly eat at a deli anymore without Baked Lays. Forgot to add to my comments of last evening, the sand is served with a huge dill pickle slice half as long as the platter.
