lol I forgot to add what I had for breakfast....coffee and strawberry yoplait yogurt.

Last night I had a Lemon grass chicken sandwich on a baguette with the pickled radish/carrots, cucumber and cilantro from Bale'.

hmmmm...I want me some Korean now. lol I love the veggies...I could eat that everyday.

Oooh your sandwich sounds really good!

I had a bowl from Flame Broiler and took out half of the meat and put in the leftover banchan from last night. Now I still have half a bowl to eat for later!

I just realized that it's spelled Ba-Le and it's a vietnamese sandwich shop. They make awesome food! They have Pho' and a bunch of other stuff too. Oh yeah they have like 8 different tapioca dessert flavors.

What is your favorite banchan? Mines is the choi sum, and bean sprouts. My kids all fight over the bean sprouts.lol I have to get that in mass quantities.

Oh I love bahn mi's. I've been teasing Lisa about them for years it seems.

Def the bean sprouts! And I usually don't like bean sprouts, esp in pho, I guess bc they are raw. I give my raw sprouts to Uni.

I also like the spicy cucumbers, I don't know what a lot of these are called. And some places give the pancake thing, and some places give the fried fishies.

I ate spaghetti o's & oreos once a week when I was pregnant!

Breakfast:
eggs with yellow, red, orange mini bell peppers green onion and red onion colby jack cheese lightly scrambled, micro. sausage links, flaky biscuits and gravy

Lunch:
Pro biotic dilly beans tea something with bread I forget-really
Lady bug bread (Brio Breadworks)

Dinner home made chicken soup one of 3 is sick...again
chicken breast, red mini potatoes, lots of celery, carrots, green onion, knorr cubes, Napa cabbage,

there was no definition between meals to day though, I picked at one until making food for someone else and then began eating the next...what a weird day.

This is my day everyday! lol With 5 little mouths to feed it seems i'm always making and feeding a meal and picking at the same time.

Vanilla Pudding so rich and sweet and so vanilla! I'm a real chocoholic but I will have to say that vanilla pudding was fabulous.
