Meanie! I was trying to be "good" today and now I'm pretty sure I'm headed for the Blue Bell in the freezer before long. I don't have Rocky Road but Pecan Pralines N Cream will have to do. Had my beef noodle soup this am. Then snacked on some korean laver (apparently that's korean for seaweed) then a fish taco with some shrimp, and just now some korean vermicelli and kim chi. And a beer.

Steamed broccoli and a baked sweet potato with real butter. Nice. Was so good don't even feel I ate healthy.

It was but the homemade veg soup would have been great too. I could eat veggie soup anytime.

Had a Chocolate Brownie Slim Fast Meal Bar and coffee with French Vanilla creamer. Since I was just having a quickie breakfast, just ate sitting here on the couch this morning and guess who came and snuggled right up in my lap while I ate?

home made pizza:
Brio focaccia bread
Loleta Cheese colby jack cheese finely graded
Tomaso basil tomato sauce
ray's fat back bacon shredded
blue lake farms red onion finely chopped
tom's black olives and olive oil

Totally locally (I had to brag it was by accident as I threw together the last of what we had it just worked out to make pizza and from all local products).

Well the Strauss milk is imported from a little bit south...but whatever.
