I had a salad with grilled shrimp, tomato, and onion. Balsalmac vinegar and salt and pepper. I think that was it. tosh.0 is on in the background and is distracting me!!!

Two HoneyBuns heated until they were sticky with hot tea with milk and sugar. So, sated with buns, sugar, tea and milk, I think Tibbe and I are going to do nothing more than snooze on the couch watching movies and wait for little Miss Shirley Temple to come see us.

Maybe she will arrive today,if she doesn't have to far to travel...can't wait to see her all dressed up for Christmas

Oh, I'm excited. Tracking says they put her on the truck at 9:11 a.m. today so she is on her way. I'm dying to see her dressed for Christmas, too! Years ago in the '80's I saw a picture of one of those dolls dressed in a white child's fur coat with hood and white snow boots and I just have to try to duplicate that outfit somehow. I have the white snow boots in her size already and I have a grey-tipped white fur coat but its not really good enough. She needs a real white fur coat! If I can't find it for this Christmas, it will be a good project for next Christmas and maybe I can get one of those seamstresses who sells on Ebay to make me one for her. Anyway, I have several Christmas dresses that will fit her but will probably get her a new one just because. Oh, am so excited.

Gosh that burger sounds good after those sweet, sweet buns. I'm not even beginning to be hungry but something not sweet and all burger-ish with mustard, pickles, onions, etc., is sure sounding good for this afternoon!

So I tried buche today. Boy was it greasy, salty, and fatty. who would have thought I wouldn't like it? It was very tender, but just way too greasy. I guess since starting my healthier eating diet, this type of food is just too much for me. Then I did also have my two cabeza tacos. Those are always perfect. Very tender and not too fatty.

Chicken Corn Chowder and Lime Sherbet for dessert. I cannot get enough Lime Sherbet lately!!! I wish they had Peppermint Sherbet! I used to get Peppermint Ice Cream as the old Polar Bear's Ice Cream Parlor when I was a child. It was so good. I've got Pecan Praline N Cream in the freezer, too, but all I want lately is Lime Sherbet.

Just snacked on half a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Yum....

Just finishing up a thin New York Strip (breakfast steak) eggs and hashbrowns - can't decide if I want to top it off with a hot homemade biscuit and soghram syrup.

I'm not a fan of Sonics food, but their fresh lemon-strawberry frozen drink is yummy!
