So I tried buche today. Boy was it greasy, salty, and fatty. who would have thought I wouldn't like it? It was very tender, but just way too greasy. I guess since starting my healthier eating diet, this type of food is just too much for me. Then I did also have my two cabeza tacos. Those are always perfect. Very tender and not too fatty.
