Cereal is a staple one just cannot do without! I don't know how I would exist without cereal to eat on those days when there is neither time nor energy to cook or fuss with anything. Plus, add a little extra sugar and it is like the meal and dessert all in one! I luv Honey Nut Cheerios, too. Makes me want to pour up a big bowl right now.

You are absolutely right... it is a staple! In the summer, when it's hot, we love to have ceral for dinner. Something light, fast and easy. Sure hit the spot tonight.

Now, did you have some too???

Can't til this weekend. I - ahem - like a lot of sugar on mine and usually save the "reward' of cereal for weekend breakfasts. But I will have a bowl this weekend for sure!
