| Watching the Oscars when my darling neighbor brought me over about 4 lbs. of just-grilled chicken breasts and 2 or 3 steaks, all marinaded with the most delish flavors and grilled with whole baby onions and several types of peppers, the meat all blackened to a farethewell all over and just so good it is almost impossible to stop after a couple of bites. The smell is permeating the whole house! I've already had dinner so have no room to add anything tonight but Tibbe did get a good bit of a sirloin. He's in Yorkie heaven - he loves a good steak. My neighbor is a chef and cooks like an angel!

Plain muffins though - I don't think blueberries were invented 'over here' way back then.... Also the blazing log fires don't really exist much anymore - we all tend to huddle round one radiator as fuel bills keep rocketing....!!!! Apart from in Ye Olde English pubs, of course! ![]() And I love the sound of your Course - I'm sure you'd put us all to shame...goodness me, these food threads always make me need to eat!! | |

| As someone who will be officially divorced from an English man in a short bit I have to share...I can live my life with never eating another Shepard's pie again...it's like the fuel the Northerners live on! I just had chocolate cake for breakfast-don't tell the kids!

| Chinese takeout: chow mein, mushroom chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and Beijing beef. Then popcorn and Hershey's kisses at the movies. |

| Chobani yogurt and 1/2cup of fiber one. Back to weight watchers-my butt is tapping me on the shoulder! Vacation time is coming so I can't hide in my sweats much longer.
