| ![]() It's powder or liquid substituting for cream. Tastes somewhat like cream but doesn't have the fats or calories of cream. It is a very poor substitute for it but it keeps the waistline MUCH trimmer than adding actual cream when you want to lighten your coffee or splurge with a different taste. So you trade taste and calories and fats for few calories and who knows what else?????????? (That's why I usually just drink black coffee - I'm scared to use the stuff on a regular basis.)

| ![]() Yeah, creamer is just a word for other brands of the same or similar things in Coffee-Mate. Got one of my plain, non-flavored creamers out to look at the ingredients. Yikes! For 10 calories a teaspoon you get: Corn syrup solids, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium caseinate(a milk derivative[?!?]), dipotassium phosphate, mono- and diglycerides, sugar, lactylated monoglycerides, silicon dioxide, sodium stearoyl, lactylate carrageenan, soy lecithin, artificial flavor, artificial color. I may have misspelled some of the above due to my eyes since the printing is in blue and tiny but that's my best representation of what I put in my coffee when I have creamer. Probably going to drive Spellcheck over the edge! I didn't know there was milk derivative. Wonder what that means? What part of the milk to they derive, I wonder???? Imagine, working that hard to dry out milk to powder or boil it and grab the steam or who knows how they do it? But all that work to get out part of the milk to go in this stuff!!! Feeling a little queasy now. Sounds like I'm drinking Strontium-90 or something in my coffee! ![]()

| ![]() An obscene amount of organic red seedless grapes out of the Costco container that could double as an Elvis bed.

| ![]() Disgusting! Had a piece of chilled Pumpkin Pie for breakfast with lots of hot coffee. It was to die for!!! One of my greatest loves of the holidays is to have cold Pumpkin Pie for at least one breakfast.

| ![]() Sent most of the Christmas fudge home with Danny but I have one fabulous piece left. I am trying to decide whether to eat it tonight or wait. This was the fudge I bought that was a bit dry and I mixed dark rum, vanilla extract and a little water and poured some into the same container with the fudge. It soaked it up, became so flavorful and rich and moist that my son raved over it. (It is really good!) He was delighted when he got home and found I'd sent all but one piece home with him. Now I kinda wish I had two pieces left!
