I also had some dark chocolate dove candies. Some boiled peanuts. and I had mac & cheese at like 8 pm I was scared to weigh in today ok ladies...let's do this if you don't feel comfortable posting your actual weight...maybe post how much you have lost??

) we should take a pic together and post. We are close by each other if I remember correctly.....Well I weighed in and stll wary of posting my actual weight here. So next Monday we will know what if anything I will have lost. Just got the new batts for the digital scale yesterday so don't know where I was before that! I do know that my jeans tell me that I lost a couple pounds as they are not choking me in half at the moment. Of course, PMS is setting in and I usually take on 5-7 lbs of water bloat. And people wonder why I get so darn cranky. I will try to counter that with gallons of water intake. My weekend was so busy that I actually didn't eat much. Which would explain why I am starving right now! Off to make a soy protien and black raspberry shake................. | |

| Therapy Dog Donating Member | Congrats Pepe Mint! And everyone else who has lost so far...it's OK to have one cheat night/day - mine is mostly Saturdays since that's the day we attend dinners/parties, go to movies, etc. Yippee - I broke my plateau I've been on since 8/6 and lost 2# so now I'm 5 pounds away from my goal but for us old folks it takes longer than you young people..hehehe. Keep up the good work everyone - have a great week.

| Well, I Lost 10 Lbs In 1.5 Weeks. I Went To 2 Dr's And They Told Me I Had High Blood Pressure , 148/90 , So I Started To Eat Healthy. I Went On A Low Sodium And No Salt Diet And Eat Fruit And No Snacks , Limit Coffee And The Weight Just Came Off. I Am Now 139 Lbs After Losing The 10 Lbs. Drink Plenty Of Water, Eat A Low Salt Diet, Did You Ever Look At The Amount Of Salt In Foods? It Is So High. I Also Watch The Fat Intake Too. Only 19 More Lbs To Go. |

| I am down 5 lbs for the week. I should be down 7, but I gained 2 back which I am attributing to my A.flo being in town as of yesterday. I'm still eating healthy and working out, so I can't wait to see what next week will be! |

| You guys are really doing great! It's starting to convince me to get off my big ol' butt and get busy. I've been really bad these past few weeks with eating out. I've been so busy now that hubby is back in school for this year that it's just easier to run to a fast food place and grab something. I gained about right at 80 lbs when I was pregnant with my son. I've gotten so huge since I graduated high school 2 years ago. I was 160. Which for my height was good. Then a year later (right before I got pregnant) I weighed 180. I got all the way up to 260 with Chase and now I'm stuck at 220. I knew how big I was getting but just didn't realize how different I looked. The other day I ran into an old friend from school and he didn't even know who I was at first. I know he didn't because he walked up and said, Kristi? It was a question. Like wow you don't look yourself. It really hurt my feelings. I know he didn't mean anything by it though. None of my clothes fit anymore obviously. I just got so sick of seeing them I sold them in the newspaper. I got rid of all my good name brand clothes for dirt cheap. I have a hard time sticking to diets. Hubby refuses to eat healthy foods. If I see what he is having, it tempts me into wanting it too. I was told not to excerise alone, due to heart problems. I never really had the heart problems until I gained the 20lbs after high school. Also, many of my family members are diabetics, which occured after they put on weight. I def. don't want that! I just feel so helpless. Hubby still treats me the same as he did 80 lbs ago, just wish I could feel that way. I work best when someone tries to diet with me. I basically have 2 best friends. One being my mom and she is losing a lot of due to health illnesses. She can't really afford to lose any more. My other friend lives 2 hrs away and she is considering gastric bypass. She has always been heavy. She is probably pushing 300lbs. She has tried dieting but due to her thyroid problem she never has been able to lose her weight. I really want this BAD!!!! Anyone have any tips for me? Thanks so much for hearing me complain and all. I just needed to get it off of my chest. Here are 2 pictures of me one a couple years ago and the other just last month and you can see the big difference.
