Well, I Lost 10 Lbs In 1.5 Weeks. I Went To 2 Dr's And They Told Me I Had High Blood Pressure , 148/90 , So I Started To Eat Healthy. I Went On A Low Sodium And No Salt Diet And Eat Fruit And No Snacks , Limit Coffee And The Weight Just Came Off.
I Am Now 139 Lbs After Losing The 10 Lbs.

Drink Plenty Of Water, Eat A Low Salt Diet, Did You Ever Look At The Amount Of Salt In Foods? It Is So High. I Also Watch The Fat Intake Too.
Only 19 More Lbs To Go.
