Oh dear So sorry I have not checked in. I am sure I have not lost any weight since I checked in with my weight on Friday. We got Gucci on Saturday, and I have SUCKED at working out.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: Gucci is really cute. She is 19 weeks old. She went to the vet today, and weighs in at 3.8lbs. She and Bella (Maltese) have been getting along really well. They are lying on the floor right now together. It is really warm here tonight. We usually don't hear crickets at night. Anyway, I am with you all in spirit. Send me some workout prayers. |
I want to lost about 5-10 lbs, mostly just tone up so i have to work out a lot and eat healthier. It's just hard to push myself to run every morning so that is my goal:thumbup: We can do it :D |
Ok girls this has dropped down to the very bottom of the second page!!!! How is everyone doing? I have been keeping strong.We went to the fair lastnight and I ate a corn dog, I by passed the cotton Candy,funnelcake,even the baked potatoes. I was reallly proud of myself for having the willpower to do that! |
Not Happy!!!!!!! ok...so i posted that i thought my scale was wrong b/c the dr. that came to my house...they weighed me at 141. my scale was weighing me at 149 just minutes before she got here. well...i have been weighing myself based on that. taking 8 lbs off of what my scale says. well...my scale is right. hers was wrong (which i am ok with because it gets me a better price on life insurance LOL) but i still have a long road ahead of me. the good news is that I think I have lost 4 lbs in about a week.!!!!!!!!! so i am still doing good!!! just not as close to my goal as I thought I was!! :) I weighed in at 144.5 my top weight was 154 so i am doing ok :) i know i shouldn't be weighing myself in the middle of the week since weigh in is on monday's...but it's a habit. i get up in the morning, pee, weigh myself LOL plus...i am curious to know if my hard work is paying off :) i have been drinking TONS of water!!!!! nothing but water. i am allowing myself one day a week where i can drink other things...but in very limited quantities. i'm so proud of myself :) we can all do this...together!! |

MMMMMMmmmmmmmm, funnel cakes... I am doing well, I have noticed some changes for the better in how I look out of the shower. Scarey thought I know--:eek: --but I have no choice, their is a giant mirror right across from the shower. There is less of me so that's a ggod thing! Also, my waist is back!!!:thumbup: |

I'm still down my 7 lbs, but have not lost any more although I am still eating well. I really need to kick up the workouts I think! |

wasn't there another link? i remember this sort of post from another link, with some info about great programs and tips... i'm at work, so posting fast. you ladies are doing great!! i want to be selfish and post my myspace link so you can see what i did. the HARDEST part was taking that first picture of my butt in a bikini. i have some blogs on it too, but what got me started was a book: The Lean Body Challenge, by Lee Labrada. i've since moved on to 9wks to a perfect butt (or something like that) and the Clean Eating Diet Book, both by Tosca Reno. now she has a cookbook out also and it's on it's way to my door. please when you look at the scales, don't be discouraged like i can be because remember, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!! don't punish yourself for eating a small amount of something you love occassionally. and besides, i've found the healthier i eat consistently, the less tasty fried stuff and supersweet foods become. (and the fried stuff makes me feel sooo gassy.. gross, i know...and sometimes kinda nauseous!). i'm baring it all for you ladies and i promise my myspace is mostly family friendly since my sisters and mom are on it. look at the first pics and then the very last set. i'm with you all here, and tho you might think i'm silly and small, i'm wanting to be Fit and Healthy. http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm...ndid=112369158 |
