| ![]() Cut out the soda...... !!! That has helped me!! Also, no late night dinners..... nothing after 6 (if I am hungry I try to snack on something healthy).

| ![]() switch to grilled foods especially boneless skinless chicken breast with veggies salad etc! lay off bread and noodles! and low on the sugars! no soda and stuff! stick to water! Good Luck!!!

| ![]() I eat 6 small meals a day (3 normal meals with "snacks" in between) high protein, low fat and low calorie as much as possible. Increase exercise to every day or at least 5 days a week and lift weights to increase your muscle mass which will increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories and fat. I do this for a living. I wish you good luck and I could send you menus, but it's really a lifestyle, not a diet. Exercise is definitely KEY.

| ![]() I lost some wieght recently, I cut out all the fast food, and I never really drink pop, but if your a popdrinker that can help you lose a lot too. Also staying busy and not eating out of boredom helped me. Good luck!!! |

| ![]() I don't believe in diets, if I'm in a diet I get grumpy,I believe in portion control, I love to eat, but If I want to stay thing I know I have to pay the price, work out, cardio, and weights, that what it work for me, so If I want a cookie I have the cookie I just know I have to pay for that later ![]() |
