I eat 6 small meals a day (3 normal meals with "snacks" in between) high protein, low fat and low calorie as much as possible. Increase exercise to every day or at least 5 days a week and lift weights to increase your muscle mass which will increase your metabolism and help you burn more calories and fat. I do this for a living. I wish you good luck and I could send you menus, but it's really a lifestyle, not a diet. Exercise is definitely KEY.
