| pay special attn to this one please may I just speak my mind here please? Ya know, all I hear is people talk about losing weight and dieting. I've always had a weight problem. But not over weight, i've always felt too thin and I see people whos jeans fit them so nicely and have legs to help fill them out and I am so envious of them. The most ive ever weighed in my life was 124 1/2 when I went to the hospital to have my 2 babies delivered. then i lost back to 100 lbs and I am 5'4. I finally got up to a size 11 junior about 4 yrs ago now i'm in a 6 in ladies and some of those are too loose cause i've worn jrs most of the time but now the jr styles are way to young for me. I would love to look like 10 lbs of taters in a 5 lb bag but I just cant keep weight. But I can lose 5 lbs in a week and takes forever to gain it back. I finally was staying between 110 to 112 for a couple of yrs and now back to 107 to 110 So ladies some people are on the opposite side of the dieting. wish I could find some of this that everyone is losing, I would go crazy just smearing it all over myself. LOL Drs say its just genetics and my metabolism. But i've always been very active also. But not now days so much and I'm still not keeping my weight on. I dont think anyone is ever satisfied with their weight, either way. I'd love to fill up a pair of ladies jeans at least and 8 but think i'd like a 10. 10 just sounds like a good size. I hate all you thick people, especially the ones that are size 10's. Oh i'm kidding. I never like a person for looks or their size or money, none of that impresses me. if I like them I like them for themselves and their personalities. send me some of your boobs V. lol ok I've said it now.

| Haha! Bama Yorkie Mom. I hear ya! I was always embarrassed about my size when I was little. All the other girls in school were bigger than me, and I always felt like I was the skinny long-legged akward girl. They had thicker ankles, and my thin little ankles were so embarrassing. I had to take supplements and drink ensure plus because I needed to put on weight. I refuse to wear shorts still, but I will wear skirts. I'm a good weight now, almost 100lbs at 5'3". My whole family is thin, so I agree that it's genetics and metabolism, but it's true, there are people on the other side of the spectrum.

| I was thin most of my life too.I use to have to drink weight gain or I'd look like a strung out druggie. I would say around 45 I started gaining, age, plus the fact that I gave up smoking. I will take the weight any day over the smoking though. I need to lose 15-20 pounds. |

You're welcome. My newest favorite find from that site (besides the stuffed mushrooms) is Hebrew National 97% fat free hot dogs. They have 50 cal. per hot dog and I swear you would never know. They are really good. Most hot dogs have 140 cal and even low fat ones have around 120 so 50 cal. is really good. With 110 cal buns and mustard you have a pretty good hot dog for 160cal. It got me through a cook out this weekend.

Another thing I have been using is PB2 -- it is a powdered peanut butter that has 75% less fat than regular peanut butter. I love it! Add a little water and you have great peanut butter spread or just add a tablespoon to some plain yogurt for a unique flavor change, lots of possibilities! (www.bellplantation.com) That's all for now.... but just using products from those two companies can save lots of calories per month. I still think you look great though.
