I would never bash anyone as a person and don't believe i did. All i want is for people to see my experience and judge for themselves. If I made you feel like i was putting you down as a person I appologize publicly, I only feel your products fell way short of quality and felt I had every right to show the public my bad experiences. It wouldn't have gotten this far if you were willing to cooperate in providing good customer service. For those who felt I was trashing her please accept my appology as that truely wasn't my intention. Just look at the pictures of the products and see for yourself why I felt I was wronged is all I can ask of anyone.

I personally love Rena's work and will continue to buy stuff from her because I've never had a bad experience from her, but I think it's important that we don't belittle the situation just because it didn't happen to us. Rena is a good person as is Debbie so I'm sure they will work something out. My point AGAIN for this thread was to say that we should offer more support to the person who was wronged. I love YT for the information I get here and hope the post doesnt discourage others from posting negative feedback.

that's normal....With a site this big it's hard to get noticed but just keep posting - it happens ...

when you take the amount of GOOD posts vs the not so good - there's no comparasion but back to the topic....I posted too when I saw the thread - but was hoping the 2 parties worked it out. I don't doubt someone had a bad experience but also knowing the reputation of Barking Dog ...I was surprised it got as far as it did. I can't really think of anyone who has 100% customer satisfaction - it's just part of doing business...

Well, all I can say is the quality was caused by a dull needle, or bad thread, hard to tell by the pictures. I have worked in the wholesale garment industry for 20+ years. I know it inside and out, and the garments should not have been shipped in the first place. When we pay what we do for clothing our dogs, there needs to be some quality control before it leaves the vendor, that stops these problems from happening in the first place........
That being said, it appears the situation was handled poorly on both sides.

I have a really good idea that I'm going to post in the suggestion section.

This would be good for anyone who sells or trades or is a breeder, or any other thing. I've done some trading at coupon sites, and they have a rating system called itrader (vbulletin forums). Anyway, it is a lot like ebay feedback. Here, look at a sample of the itrader ratings next to people's names example of itrader rating Click on the number next to itrader and see the feedback that can be generated on a person.

This would be a great way to have a rating system.

I think that's a great idea. It's a lot like a popularity contest here because if the vendor is a friend of everyones they get defended even when they are CLEARLY in the wrong. I am an honest person and I say it like it is without sugar coating it. If MY friend did something wrong, regardless of whether or not is had happened before, I would let her know that she was in the wrong and I wouldn't defend her. It's so wonderful that most of us have had great experiences but that doesn't mean the bad experiences shouldn't matter or are not important.

Thank you for your support!! I'm very disappointed to see all of my posts deleted in the barking dog post by another member. They even deleted the pictures of the poor quality products.

i just found this and i thought i would give a quick response. i do not know either member, and i am sure both are wonderful people. i am sure that rena has excellant products and that this was just a fluke, but it still happened. for debbie who paid for these i can completly understand her frustration. i also understand why she would just want her money back. not to be mean, but if it were me i would want my money back too. i think that people should try and settle things in private first, i dont mean just pm or email one time..i mean really give it your best shot to fix things, and then if they cant be fixed i dont see why there should be any attack or sides taken if the unhappy customer wants to talk about thier experiance.
