A refund was never offered till it came public. Please don't take sides till you have seen all the proof. Im not trying to start any fights or arguements over this. I just put out a review of the products I received from this individual so people had both sides of a fair and honest review.

I'm sure you are a very nice person, and I've tried to stay out of this after I put my foot in it in the beginning. But since this just won't die, I just have to remind you and everyone else that she did offer (up front) to abide by her return policy which is clearly posted on her web site. And according to your own posts, that wasn't what you wanted, you wanted a refund.

Because we do make the items as order is placed. We do not accept returns on items, Unless item is defective. At which time we will exchange for exact item. If you have ordered the wrong size contact us, We may be able to alter the item. There is a small fee for this.

IMO, post away about the quality of the product. I'll stay out of it. But please stop saying bad things about her service. She did offer to replace the diapers according to her posted store policy.

If you read post #32 in which you quote please tell me where did I say anything bad about her service??? I though what I said was fair and honest. If you saw the emails then you would see I was 100% honest in what I said. I also didnt think what I said in that post was saying anything bad, except for the product which I'm entitled to provide a review about aren't I??????

I really don't want to fight with you. I understand that you are very upset and I truly don't want to fan the flames.

Anyone who wishes can read the posts for themselves, and if you aren't putting down her service, then that will be obvious.

It sounds like in the end it's all working out anyway. I believe I read that you are now sending back the items and she is sending you a refund??
