that's normal....With a site this big it's hard to get noticed but just keep posting - it happens ...
when you take the amount of GOOD posts vs the not so good - there's no comparasion
but back to the topic....I posted too when I saw the thread - but was hoping the 2 parties worked it out. I don't doubt someone had a bad experience but also knowing the reputation of Barking Dog ...I was surprised it got as far as it did. I can't really think of anyone who has 100% customer satisfaction - it's just part of doing business...
