i was on weight watchers, and was doing good, but then i got tired of writing down every single thing i ate, when your busy and on the go, you can't always remember everything.. well at least i can't anymore LOL..

so i stopped my weight watchers account and just dieting and exercising..

might look into nutrisystem or la weight loss..

you dont have to write it down anymore... they have a quick track where you just mark off the points instead of writing it all down! I hate writing it down... LOL but I did find that when I didnt 'track' at least I was up for weight for the week.... but when i did track I was down.. so I guess it really does help to at least know how many points you are eating, even if you dont write down every little food.

UPDATE!! UPDATE!! Today is March 31st I have been on my diet for exactly a month and I went weigh in this morning and I have lost 18 lbs total!! To reach my 1st goal I have 11 more to go!! To complete the program (well the weight loss phase) I have a total of 27 more pounds to loose....Wish me luck!!

UPDATE!! UPDATE!! Today is March 31st I have been on my diet for exactly a month and I went weigh in this morning and I have lost 18 lbs total!! To reach my 1st goal I have 11 more to go!! To complete the program (well the weight loss phase) I have a total of 27 more pounds to loose....Wish me luck!!

Ok I went to weigh in today and I gained 3 1/2 lbs but I totally was prepared for it being that I been off my diet for for a lil while now but MONDAY I will be back in the swing of things I'm on a lil bit stricker diet for the next 8 weeks to get these extra pounds off.....I'm hoping to loose 20-25 lbs in the next 8 weeks so WISH ME LUCK!! I need to get FINE for my ANNIVERSARY coming up in JULY!!!

Its hard not to get discouraged when you step on the scales and see it go up instead of down, but the important thing is not to give up. I was going to weight watchers last year and I was doing really good, I had lost about 20 pounds and one day I stepped on the scales and gained 3 pounds and I never went back and ended up gaining most of the weigh back. If I had just accepted that it was a step back and went on then I could have stayed with the program and would have reached my goal. None of us are perfect and we slip up but when we do we can not use that as a reason to give up, that is what I stuggle with even now. You are doing great, keep up the good work.

Whooooo Hooooo I went weight in today and I have lost 5 lbs so I got those 3 1/2 lbs off that I had gained and lost an extra pound and a half 9 more lbs to go until I reach my first goal

On another note how is Darnell coming along Grayson's Mom?
