you dont have to write it down anymore... they have a quick track where you just mark off the points instead of writing it all down! I hate writing it down... LOL but I did find that when I didnt 'track' at least I was up for weight for the week.... but when i did track I was down.. so I guess it really does help to at least know how many points you are eating, even if you dont write down every little food.
