Its hard not to get discouraged when you step on the scales and see it go up instead of down, but the important thing is not to give up. I was going to weight watchers last year and I was doing really good, I had lost about 20 pounds and one day I stepped on the scales and gained 3 pounds and I never went back and ended up gaining most of the weigh back. If I had just accepted that it was a step back and went on then I could have stayed with the program and would have reached my goal. None of us are perfect and we slip up but when we do we can not use that as a reason to give up, that is what I stuggle with even now. You are doing great, keep up the good work. |
