If your just looking to lose weight, and lose the healthy way (and fast) just eat fresh fruits raw and steamed, and fresh veggies. No sugar, and maybe one baked potato per week. I had my nephew here to put him on a diet so he could join the AF. With eating like this along with running and weights, he lost 80 pounds in 3 months.
