I you promise to type biger and darker! lol I just got glases this last week! I'm turning 32 this month and I'm falling apart! lol Girl we all need to stick together!!!!! I still have such a long way to go!!! I want to be where Jess is!!! And what is this Stranger stuff... I totally know who you are! I run into you everywhere... I have read plenty of your posts! So enough of that! Don't EVER worry about crashing a thread! Your welcome EVERYWHERE!!! And I'm super jazzed you found your way here! Skinny husbands are an itch! Its tough to look good next to a skinny husband! Thats some serious pressure!!! But if you focus on healthy and happy, the weight kinda takes care of its self! It sounds like a total pipe dream... but its seriously true! without lifting a finger not walking around the block... it flew off of me! And all I did was decide that I wanted better for my health.. no more processed crap... you don't even need to go crazy... no need! I'm in no way saying that everyone needs to pull the stiove out of their kitchens.... if all you do is cut out the processed foods.... you can still cook your whole foods.... (your killing all the good stuff in it though ) and you'd be 1000% ahead of the game!!! Seriously, Its the processed stuff that weighing you down and clogging up your body... its sucking years off of you! We would not feed Cezars or Purina to our Yorkies... why would we feed ourselves the junk that we do??? Now thats a serious question to ask ourselves?? I'm still 165! I have a ways to go! Now that I see jess.. I want to be 130! I can do that right??? 35 lbs! I can do 35 lbs! heck... thats totally doable!!! lets start a count down! I'll post weekly! Every Friday.... I post where I'm at! Hows that for accountability!?! I'll answer to ALL OF YOU!!! I can do that!!! And I can't lie! Cause I'll have to get on that scale when I hit the mile stones of.... lets say.... 150, 140, and 130! I just love making videos!!!! So why not! How much fun this will be! K

| I had the walnut taco tonight, and it was so very very good. I had been thinking about it from the time you posted the recipe. I only made enough for one as I was alone tonight so I adjusted it a bit, but the taste in my mouth was heaven. I ordered the book and it will be here on the 9th. Thanks again !!! Debbie Ray |

| I bought mine in bulk at Winco ( a store here in Oregon) and I think Costco has a good price on walnuts and almonds. I do not know of any other place. |

| Something cool to keep in mind... I felt like a total dork after my third shopping trip.... Buying nuts inbulk... lol I was buying walnut halves and whole cashews, well, a couple of bins away were the cashew peices... I thoought hmmm... rejects... and went on my way... well I was at home grinding up my perfect whole cashews that I paid a premiun for.. when it occured to me Those rejects are half the price! boy did I feel stupid. on my next shopping trip, I hit the peices bin and found that they were just nuts that were broken during the sorting process or whatever.. but they were perfectly good nuts! lol just not as "Fancy" as the ones I was buying duh. how silly! So buy broken nuts! If you have a health food store, call and see if they have "bulk bins" or search online for bulk nuts, see if anyone wants to go in on some with ya... depending on where ya live you can get things at better prices! Anyone who finds a good deal... Please post... I'm always looking for a good deal! Oh and check it out! I so am getting my dehydrator! my aunt gave me 100 and my mom called tonight and asked me if I would be offended if she gave me cash instead of a birthday present ... offended??? No way! So she said she was sorry that she could not do more, but would be dropping off 100 on thurday and was that ok.... OK??? lol I was thrilled!!! I swear she was nutz! I was so jazzed!!!! She really thought I was going to be upset! (cause its my sisters 30th this year and everyone is saving for her knock out party and her BIG gifts!!!! I'm not the jealous type... I had my BIG 30 two years ago... well almost, I'll be 32 this year... ) So I'll be making big matts with seed cheese before you know it!!!!
