| Hey Kathyrn since you are talking about accountability I thought this may fit in... WeighIns - Online Weight Loss Challenges I belong to that site and I belong to a challenge that I have to weigh in every Monday and post new pics to show how far I have come. Also, you can start your own challenge. Could start a YT one and everyone can go there and weigh in and such. I really love the site all together b/c it is like a Myspace for those needing support to lose weight. I started 01-01-07 and have lost 7 lbs. Just sharing my story. Great Job! |

| Big appetites are not a bad thing... its what you feed them that can do the damage!

| I'm definitely going to try the recipes you've posted on here! I started to gain weight about 7 months ago when I started taking this medicine Lexapro.. I put on 40 lbs in those 7 months!! I want to try to do something to kick start my metabolism and just FEEL better. I'm only 23 and way too young to be this heavy right now. |

| You are sooooo pretty, you remind me Lisa Marie Presley. I lost 190 pounds the past 18 months....I still have a ways to go,I can NOT believe I ever let myself go....I will never, ever, NEVER wear those strech jeans again.....you can gain 150 pounds easy and still fit in them. I am trying to be careful b/c years ago I had eating disorders..I wouldn't eat anything but ice and then I would throw that up. I was wearing my 3 year old's belt, boxers, and shirts.....I have SOOOO many more guys try to talk to me now then I did when I was that skinny. Its CRAZY the way I have been on both extreme ends. | Kathryn~ hi. Congratulations on your amazing weight loss! If you need a fitness trainer or just a workout partner, get in touch with me. I need a workout buddy at least just to walk with here in the desert! After the lady who lost her Jack Russell last week, I'm hesitant to walk Max out where there's very much sand . I'm just starting back to working out again after the holiday hiatus which was NOT a good thing, LOL. I'm convinced that exercise is the key to increasing your metabolism and burning those calories you take in...plus, it's good for you and makes your body look even better . In any case, keep up the good work! Seana

| Hey Kathryn.....I just do the low fat & low calorie thing. I STILL ( sigh ) a ways to go, but its not a far as I came so I try to look at it that way on the days I get sick of not being to eat like normal people. I am starting my third day and only had one salad. That is the thing I need to watch. Angie |
