The package got damaged by the post office but it did get to me, thank gof the book was ok. They ripped the envelope all up though!!!

My plan is to do lo carb to lose alittle fast and then just start to eat healthy. Although I plan to have my occasional snacks! I'm missing them so much! Today is day 13, and 6lbs gone. Maybe a couple more pounds and then I'm just going to eat better

What has worked for me is lean meats......plenty salad veggies and I season everything with lemon juice (real).

Initially, I lost 140lbs in 7 months.........later, I stalled for a few months and started all over. While I didn't do Atkins or extreme low-carb........it became a way of eating for me. Also, I have a reward day.........Sundays. I go out to dinner with my husband and eat anything I want

Since I am back on track Monday..........I don't give it a chance to get stored.

I'm sorry I didn't respond back to you.I'm getting forgetful in my..... well let's just say my memory isn't what it use to be.
I love fish and need to go to the harbor and see what they have. We have some in the freezer, it's been in there about a year so not really sure if it is still good.
WOW, You have lost alot. A big CONGRATS to you!!!
How has your life improved after losing all that weight?
I would like to lose(and keep it off) about 20 pounds.
So far only 1 pound.
I have been feeling like a ticking time bomb lately and not really sure why.
Lat year I lost about 20 pounds ,just watched my portions ate alot of lean meat and salads.cut out all bread and sweets. I will give this aother week or so if no results then I will try that again.

It was damaged???? I never sent things via media mail before. The post office said that it's the cheapest way to send books...now I understand why .
Well, I'm glad you finally received the book and it was in 1 piece .

For me, what worked is lots of lean protein. If I start eating bacon, sausage and all.........I stall

I had posted before about kimkins..........very useful

As far as how I feel? I died and was reborn. I have lots of energy, full of life and I am very happy with myself. I used to be depressed ALL the time and just miserable. I have no hypertension or hyperlipidemia as before and I just feel..........good

Hang in there, it will be worth it in the end.

No, I have never had any type of surgeries. I do have excess skin in my belly area but I hide it well.........besides, I don't like revealing clothes. Everything else went back to place

You are very fortunate. I worry about my chin and face.I think most the weight I have gained is in those areas.
I blew it tonight I ate a turkey and cheese on rye.

I was over 300lbs.....and my face, arms, legs went back to place. I guess losing the weight at a young age helped too

I wanted to ask you about this too but wasn't sure I should. Thank you for sharing. I am wondering where in the world my excess skin will go. My tummy...I know it will never be flat.
