How has your life improved after losing all that weight?
I would like to lose(and keep it off) about 20 pounds.
So far only 1 pound.
I have been feeling like a ticking time bomb lately and not really sure why.
Lat year I lost about 20 pounds ,just watched my portions ate alot of lean meat and salads.cut out all bread and sweets. I will give this aother week or so if no results then I will try that again.

For me, what worked is lots of lean protein. If I start eating bacon, sausage and all.........I stall

As far as how I feel? I died and was reborn. I have lots of energy, full of life and I am very happy with myself. I used to be depressed ALL the time and just miserable. I have no hypertension or hyperlipidemia as before and I just feel..........good

Hang in there, it will be worth it in the end.
