My plan is to do lo carb to lose alittle fast and then just start to eat healthy. Although I plan to have my occasional snacks! I'm missing them so much! Today is day 13, and 6lbs gone. Maybe a couple more pounds and then I'm just going to eat better  |

What has worked for me is lean meats......plenty salad veggies and I season everything with lemon juice (real).
Initially, I lost 140lbs in 7 months.........later, I stalled for a few months and started all over. While I didn't do Atkins or extreme low-carb........it became a way of eating for me. Also, I have a reward day.........Sundays. I go out to dinner with my husband and eat anything I want
Since I am back on track Monday..........I don't give it a chance to get stored.
