| Winsor Pilates Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that I just started on my DVD set (I got everything they had to offer) this morning and I LOVED IT! I actually look forward to the next time I use it/ One thing I read that really made sense, is in order to work out (no matter if it is to lose weight, get healthy, etc.) YOU MUST do something you enjoy. I have found that something and all it takes is 20 mins a day and doing some cardio on your own. I just started, so no results yet but from my gym membership days I loved the Pilates classes and got nice results then. I would highly recommend this DVD collection, especially for anyone looking to do something that will motivate you to stick with it! Good luck!

| I've tried the Windsor Pilates, but I think I need to take a few classes so that an instructor can correct my form. I never saw any results, got discouraged and then quit. Good luck, though, I know a few people who have had great success with Pilates! |

LOVE multi-tasking workouts. That seems to be the secret of how it only takes 20mins.

| Hi I have been doing pilates for over a year. It is really important that your form be right or it will not work and you can really hurt yourself. I do both tapes and classes and I cannot tell you how important it is to have a trained instructor correct your form. Sometimes it is so minor you would never notice it but the results are phenominal.I love pilates and it is the only exercise that I have stuck to on a consistent basis. Good luck and have fun

| I love Pilates!!! I have Windsor and do it sometimes. For a while I was going 3-5 times per week, 2X with an instructor and then the rest classes. It really made me feel great and I loved it so much that I almost went to do a certification to become an instructor myself. After a while tho, for reasons I don't know even, I stopped doing it and I really noticed the difference. I'm going to start again and I might still get my certification! |
