People who eat too fast like someone is going to come along and snatch their plate away,
People with no manners, kids with no manners who aren't corrected by their parents,
Smoking,
when my boyfriend leaves the drawers open in the kitchen, or his wardrobe open, HOW HARD IS IT TOO SHUT IT!!!!!

Yes I do I could write a whole essay on why but didn't want to bore everyone lol

I just think they use the contestants to make money, I realise that they make money as well and they'e not complaining but I think it's more like a puppet show, wear this, sing this, say this.

The speed at which they release a song afterwards before people get bored, the latest one in the UK, he was called Shayne and they already had the song and music which he would release wrote for him before he even won the thing. He won it on a saturday and the cd was in the shops by wednesday. They get it out quick before people get bored

I prefer artists that write music, play instruments and have REAL talent. I think kelly clarkson is an acception, I believe she was destined to make it. But any product of these shows in the UK is forgotten after a few months, if not weeks.

I hate the whole thing sorry if you like it

They do here, and that's the only part I care to watch. All the FREAKS come out of the woodwork!! It's hysterical to watch these people who honestly believe they have talent.

I am guilty of eating too fast! It is SUCH a hard habit to break! When I was in bootcamp you had to eat as fast as possible or you might not get the chance to eat. I remember once feeling so bad for a girl because the SECOND she sat down with her tray they told everyone to get up and throw their food away so she didn't eat. (No one is allowed to eat in line or talk) I felt horrible for her because I was so hungry and I couldn't imagine not eating after they worked us out so hard. It also doesn't help that you feel like your starving before you get to eat! Now it has been 5 years since bootcamp and I'm still eat fast. I really try not too because it's easy to overeat that way.

I do agree with you, and I only watched one episode this season. A lot of people don't know how the real process goes. There is another screening that goes on where people sing in front of different judges. They weed out of all the normal, mediocre singers. Then they pick the most interesting best and worst to go in front of the top Simon, Randy, and Paula. Think about it, would the Simon sit through all of those thousands of people?
So some of those people who are bad singers are told that they get to make it to the round with the 3 judges Simon, Randy, and Paula. So these people are given false hope that they are better singers than a lot of the people there because they can get judged. But instead the bad singers are JUST advanced for TV and to get made fun of. Simon watches the tapes of the people and sees pictures before they even go up in front and sing so they can plan what bad things he can say. The first day they slipped up. How did Simon know about the blond/tanned girl's mother when she wasn't even on the stage? I think it's rude to just put people out there to make fun of them. I think they're just out to humiliate people in the first few weeks. Where are the morals in that?

oh gosh! this thread is too funny!!! OK, here are mine

1. When I go to NYC and people feel the need to stand right in the way of where we are going. In lines to get taxis they need to have a complete conversation with the people who are with them. get in the car and talk later!

2. I hate it when people stand RIGHT THERE. When they see you standing there obviously waiting for them to move and they just stand there. or they look at you and say "can I help you" yes, you can move to the SIDE!

3.When my brother chews with his mouth WIDE open and sounds like a herd of cows.

4. Mean people - why can't they all just dissapear?

5. People who think the world revolves around them.

6. This might be a little weird, but I hate it when people are overly modest! For example if you say to someone, "You're a great singer." they should just say Thank you, thats very kind. but NO. Some people feel the need to say, "Oh am I really?" (DUH! Why else would that person be saying it) or, "No I'm not." Its very rude, to me.

7. oh here's one more. When people smoke and then breathe right in your face. If you're going to smoke, fine whatever, but don't breathe on me afterwords!

(I keep thinking of more to add on)

8. It drives me totally insane when people pronounce Library (sp) "liberry" UGH, that annoys the heck outta me!

OH!! I have a NEW one! When people DO NOT even ATTEMPT to spell or type things correctly. Like taking off the g's in verbs like takin, goin, eatin. Now I can not spell worth anything, but I do run spell check and TRY to spell things right. I can not stand it when someone spells every other word wrong. Oh yeah, and ALL CAPS, AlTcAps, and crazy fonts and colors drive me nuts too!

but what I find funny is there's a member here that DOES talk proper most of the time and lately....I see slang being tossed around - I guess it's all in how you want to come across....and my posts mostly sound just like I talk in real life...

Example.....

NOT ME ...."I will be coming over to your house later...is that OK?"

ME: I'm comin over later ...that OK?
