How did everyone do for Easter? We didn't do anything. Stayed home and cooked the same stuff we usually do. Tried to go shopping in the afternoon but pretty much everything but Walmart was closed. |

I didn't do horrible on Easter. I ate healthy all day and then had ham and scalloped potatoes for dinner. It was delicious, but didn't overdo it... too much. I feel like I am just stuck though. Having trouble losing any more weight. I want to lose at least 5 more pounds and I feel like I've been stuck for weeks now... lol. I need to cut even more, but I don't wanna... Wahhhh.... |
All I'm doing is walking. I know I am just so lazy though bc I just want to lose maybe 8-10 lbs which isn't really that much at all. Problem is all my excess weight is in my midsection. Even when I was 105 lbs I still had tummy jiggle. Bf was making fun of me the other day when we were walking. He said my legs look all fit but then you look up.... Yeah I don't have to do anything and my legs are toned. I cannot get rid of the belly fat. But then again, I haven't really tried now have I? Again, I am lazy! When I use to work in fashion industry, one job I had, we all had nicknames for eachother. We were all [blank] Snoopy. One was Fancy Snoopy, one was Skinny Snoopy, even a Cacahuates (peanuts) Snoopy, I was Lazy Snoopy. LOL |

God I wish I could gain in my butt. I have ABS (Asian Butt Syndrome). My butt gets big when I get really fat. When I lose weight, that is the first place it goes. |
So....a little birdie might or might not have told me to expect my proposal in about 10 days...and my friend Giselle who is a photographer in San Antonio just so happens to be coming to town around that time....SO. I am taki.g that as my cue and I'm going to be bad and do a crazy diet to lose as much weight as I can in 10 days, lol. Knowing fully well I will probably gain a good bit of this back, but as I know there will be pictures I want to look my best. I am going to try the cabbage soup diet. Don't know if it actually works but it is low-cal and I love soup anyways so why not?? I'll be doing a variation on this recipe using all fresh ingredients. And working out like crazy. Lol. I have never done one of these "crash/fad diets" before bc I know its not...optimal. Of course I knew a proposal was coming so I shouldve been doing it the more healthy way..and I really have been counting calories and being good for months now, but I have splurged on alcohol a few times and went out to eat a few times. Will let yall know how I fare on the cabbage soup diet. |
Okay, last night I prepped a ton of veggies and stuck it all in my crockpot overnight. I now have a week's worth of soup. I added boneless skinless chicken breast cubed up for protein. And I weighed myself this morning....204.1 lbs. That tells me I have been losing without really trying, so I'm excited to see what happens when I actually try. Lol. Oh. Planet fitness....STILL not open! Omg. So annoying. First it was set to open April 17. Then they said "early may" and now they said "hoping to open sometime around mid-May". Hopeless. I've gone and joined another gym for a month-long membership. I can't just exercise outside BC my allergies are terrible. |
Just went on a 4 mile job/walk. There's a park by my house with a track. 5.5 laps = a mile. I did about 20.. So a little under 4 miles.. But it was still a nice little break. I think I am going to do that more often. It's much nicer to jog outside where you can people watch and catch some fresh air at the same time.. Helps time pass. I feel totally relaxed right now. :) |

So I am about 5 pounds from my goal weight and am having the hardest time... I have started having an apple and peanut butter for lunch to reduce my lunch time calories, so I'll have to see if that helps. I just have the worst sweet tooth, so I want something sweet every night! Ugh. |
