As to the vitamin supplements, I take Centrum Silver, and a calcium supplement daily. However, a nutritionist will tell you that if you are eating right, you are getting all of your necessary vits/mins in your food. And a reminder, my new friend: we are NOT dieting! We are changing our eating lifestyle to a more healthy way for the rest of our lives! Losing weight is just a natural consequence of this!

every Sunday,,, sounds good, no haven't read everything yet.. but i will... I'll have to go back,,,,, i'll have to post mine on Monday... don't have a computer yet at home, but hopefully this year... then i'll never get my house work done, i'll alway be on YT....

ok im getting serious now, i'm taking the dust bunnies off my treadmill tonight and i'm going to start walking on it everyday,,, have to fit into that wedding dress in five months what the hell i even might put my baby Harley on it to, he went to the vet yesterday and he is overweight too.. takes after his mommy

Dustbunnies on the treadmill!! Hey, there was another YTer who had their pup on a treadmill, and he was really great walking on it by himself!

yep dustbunnies it's just been sitting there collecting dust, it's time to turn it on and starting a walking..... i'm going to try and put Harley on it, he'll probably run like hell from me and hide....

It's a lifestyle change I need and not another diet!!
No more scams or empty promises. No more hollywood diets or gratefruit diets or drink 5 shakes a day diets. You see, guys, I've been on every diet (nearly) and they just don't work. So, since I desperately need to lose weight, and a lot of it, I'm going to try it the right way - actually eating and eating more of the right foods. I have already found a lot of support and help from Pat and Glad - I need to PM you my stats - and Villette. So, kicking and screaming because I got myself into this mess, here I am to join your club. I need all your support and help and sometimes maybe a reality check, but if it's not too late, I'm here. And thanks to all of you for all the help I've already found.

Start from the beginning of the thread. I know it's a long one. But read each and every post (except maybe the one from the girl that got mad at me, LOL) and there is incredible information here.

I want everyone to know that I've been reading this thread and using ideas, but not posting. I did lose 2 pounds this week. It's exciting to be motivated, for a change. I sure can't wait for summer to get here though, so I'm not paying premium prices for fruits and veggies! Yikes, I paid $3.99 for a half pint of black berries! But oh boy, they were good. And I guess that's about the same price as chips o'hoy cookies!

thank you, if i didn't joke about things i would go crazy but seriously i really did drink alot of water today and it did help, not that hungry like i was yesterday at this time, But i did go to the BR alot today my boss thinks i have a kidney problem
