Copy one of the nutrition labels from one and send it to me via PM or email. Then I can tell better. Personally I don't eat any of those prepared frozen dinner as I'm a diabetic & heart patient and very strict with my eating habits. They are a little too high in almost everything for me.

I have great sympathy for single folks who are trying to follow a healthy diet. You are correct, most recipes are much more fun if you are cooking for more that one. But to be good to yourself, buy some of the ziploc plastic containers, try a recipe, eat one portion and freeze the rest! Then you have a few of your OWN frozen meals for future quick dinners! You all are asking great questions!! Keep up the good work!! ![]()

| Remember, this is for Lifestyle Changes FOREVER (means the rest of your life). This is NOT a diet. I know you WILL lose weight if you do this the way it should be done. We are changing what we eat so we can become healthier and live a much longer life. It's surprising what health problems you can beat IF you are eating properly! This means no junk food, reasonable portions within the correct serving size, eating the right foods and eliminating certain foods from your eating habits. I know I probably should have died many times in the past 15 years but because of very good eating habits, I'm still alive and kicking. My Cardiologist is in awe! Good luck to all of you - take it one day at a time for success.

Age Height Current weight Goal weight and if you want the club report weekly, your email address. Like Pat said, this is not a diet, it is a way to eat for the rest of your life. It takes committment, thought, and effort. But the rewards are so great! Good luck! Ask any questions you wish along the way, we are all here for you! ![]() ![]()

| ![]() Does Fat Free Really Mean Fat Free? Almost. But What About "Lite," "Low Fat" and "Reduced Fat"? No fat or fat free: Contains less than 1/2 gram of fat per serving Lower or reduced fat: Contains at least 25 percent less per serving than the reference food. (An example might be reduced fat cream cheese, which would have at least 25 percent less fat than original cream cheese.) Low fat: Contains less than 3 grams of fat per serving Lite: Contains 1/3 the calories or 1/2 the fat per serving of the original version or a similar product ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Choose "Reduced Calorie" Label for One-Third Less No calories or calorie free: Contains less than 5 calories per serving Low calories: Contains 1/3 the calories of the original version or a similar product ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Reduced Sugar Can Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth With Less Sugar free: Contains less than 1/2 gram of sugar per serving Reduced sugar: at least 25% less sugar per serving than the reference food Preservatives Can be Natural or Added No preservatives: Contains no preservatives (chemical or natural) No preservatives added: Contains no added chemicals to preserve the product. Some of these products may contain natural preservatives ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Develop a Taste For Low Sodium Low sodium: contains less than 140 mgs of sodium per serving No salt or salt free: Contains less than 5 mgs of sodium per serving ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Fiber Up For Health High fiber: 5 g or more per serving (Foods making high-fiber claims must meet the definition for low fat, or the level of total fat must appear next to the high-fiber claim) Good source of fiber: 2.5 g to 4.9 g. per serving More or added fiber: Contains at least 2.5 g more per serving than the reference food -----------------------------------------------------------------------

You can do this for your health, for your family's health, and for your FUTURE health! We all age and as we do, we need to eat right. You cannot expect the "machine" to perform well for the ages if you don't give it the right fuel now! I look forward to watching your progress!

| ![]() To figure out weight conversions, please go to: http://www.rollformedshapes.com/metricconversions.htm You can copy and paste from there. I couldn't get it to fit right in this small space. It'll tell you how to convert ounces to grams, etc.
