It's surprising what health problems you can beat IF you are eating properly! This means no junk food, reasonable portions within the correct serving size, eating the right foods and eliminating certain foods from your eating habits.
I know I probably should have died many times in the past 15 years but because of very good eating habits, I'm still alive and kicking. My Cardiologist is in awe!
