I'm sure some of the jurors feel as sure as we do, but hopefully instead of mocking or bullying the holdouts, I hope they educate them to the best of their ability and explain what "beyond a reasonable doubt is." I'm just afraid the holdouts will be more steadfast in their beliefs than the jurors with a brain. This wasn't manslaughter. |
You'd think she'd want to see if it had Travis' fingerprints or possibly even some type of DNA on the gun to try to bolster her argument if she were telling the truth. I wonder where she did put the weapons and her bloody clothes and things? She was over 24 hours late the Wiki story says so she had ample time to drive around and toss each into lakes or wells, etc. And, conveniently, with her front license plate missing and the back one upside down, in a rented non-red car, cell phone off, a trunk full of 3 full gas cans for fuel, no purchases made anywhere during that time so that she's totally off the grid - she dumps the weapons. And, to top everything, this woman who remembers even disgusting details about so much, can't recall a thing. Bosh! She's a cold-blooded, deadly killer who planned this, carried it out, covered up what she did as long as she could and isn't even sorry that she killed a man because he no longer wanted her creepy self. I'm sure hoping there are no Jodi believers on that jury. |
Did you notice the defense lady's face when Martinez started again. She looked stunned and terrrified! I sure hope this doesn't end up like Anthony case.. that just killed me thinking about that poor baby and that "thing" called a mom. |

Jodi claims that Travis’ last words, were "I’m going to kill you bitch", I hope the jury take that to heart and gives Travis his final wish. |
Watching this trial is so frustrating and infuriating. I'm glad the prosecutor has a few day to fine tune any loose ends for his next opportunity to question Jodi. I don't believe any of her gun story. None of it at all, all of it is a complete fabrication.....Does it even make any sense that Travis would get shot in the face, yet he is so focused on attacking her, he completely disregards his catastrophic injury and continues to attack her. I think any person who is shot would immediately focus their concern to their own injury....I would think he would grab his face and possibly yell something to the effect of, "What did you do?" and then try and help himself. |

She lived in Medford, OR for awhile. That's near where I'm moving. I'd be terrified to see her free and dating again... Especially since my son seems to pick women that "need" him... |

Someone made a video with a timeline. He wanted to try and convince Bryan Carr that Jodi was lying and it couldn't happen the way she says it does. He then shows us how according to pictures and blood spatters how he thinks it happened. The DA should use it! |

I've been watching this trial whenever I can and also watch Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew in the evenings. I hope she gets the death penalty. I can't see wasting taxpayers money to keep her alive in a prison for many years. Anyone who can butcher another living person does not deserve to live. Amazing the lies she has told and continues to tell. That "fog" thing is sure convenient, huh? Anyway, my daughter sent me a video today that made me laugh and laugh, and I wanted to share it with you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=AQ4SFBYfzkY |
Here's one more video of bizarre behavior by Jodie that happened after a detective left the room during the interview process. What a nut case! Accused murderer Jodi Arias' bizarre behavior caught on tape | Fox News Video |

Holy heck, have you guys been watching? The defense's psych expert is just getting pummeled. I'm surprised he's not literally bruised from the verbal punches. I actually feel sorry for him, though he's earned some of it. I wonder what Juan Martinez is like in person, like in real life, lol. Can you imagine if he was your Dad and thought you were lying? OMG. You couldn't get away w/ a dang thing. |

Are you feeling for Jodi? So far, I’m not feeling a bit bad for her. I really wish she’s just be more truthful, she was pissed off because he made her feel like she wasn’t good enough, and for whatever reason, that enraged her. I could gather some sympathy for her if she did that, but she’s tortured Travis, and now she’s torturing his family, and I can’t sympathize with that. |

That so-called expert is a disaster! I imagine the defense is sick over him. So disorganized and such a second-rate professional he'd have come off better if he had just taken the 5th or something unheard of like that for a so-called "expert witness". He lost all credibility that first day. |
Just saw the pictures of her picking through the trash and standing on her head, talking to herself and stealing the yellow tablet(or whatever it was she was trying to do with that yellow legal pad putting it under her). That is one weird chick! Can you IMAGINE picking through trash at a Police Station???????? Can you IMAGINE what could be in that trash can ????? And yet she just picks up the trash can and picks all through it with her hand!!!!!!! And doesn't even wash her hands afterward. EEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!! |

It's hard, but I can't help but feel at times for her. There are times when I can't help but wonder 'what if' she is, for once, telling the truth...but the truth can no longer serve her bc she's lied too much...that's when I wonder. But at the end of the day, I think of Occams's Razor which basically says "all things being equal, the simplest explanation is usually the truth". WAY too many things don't add up. Quote:

Oh My Gosh!! I'm so done with this trial!! And Jodi. And her defense team! I can only imagine how the jurors are feeling!! Will it ever end????? I have to turn it off when my 17 year old son is home - I don't want him hearing about all the sex - I call it court porn!??? I am so sick of hearing about the bizarre, deviant sex - I don't want to know about it! Ughhhhh I am so worried she is going to get off - I'm afraid she's going to get to live in Florida with Casey Anthony!? And OJ.... My heart breaks for Travis Alexander's family - Jodi is murdering him a second time on the stand. :-( I wonder how much the jury knows - are they getting to see any of the tapes of her standing on her head or getting ready for her mug shot? I read somewhere that the jury was not told about her slashing Travis's tires or sneaking into his house thru the doggie door...? I don't know why her defense isn't insanity... That I could believe! |

I heard one of Travis Alexander's friends say last night that one year Arias showed up at his house unannounced, apparently during a Christmas party he was having(I tuned in as the story was half-told so not all that sure what the occasion was), adding that Travis was really rude to her for doing that - telling her there wasn't room for her - and the Arias chick winds up sleeping under his Christmas tree that night!!! This Arias woman had no shame whatsoever. She had no pride and was apparently okay with being treated like a doormat, if even 1/4 of what she and others say about their relationship is true. Enough with the jury questions. If they couldn't deduce all they needed to know from that "doctor" and his testimony, there is no hope for this jury. And from those questions I've heard, I can't tell the guy's answers are revealing anything more than the guy's previous responses. Seems a waste of time now. |
Me too!! Enough already! I DO hope and pray that our justice system works and that she is found guilty. After Casey Anthony I'm afraid to trust in a jury though! In the meantime, I want to press the fast forward button! I have reached my legal limit of court tv drama! I am totally skipping the Oscar Pistorius trial! :-{ |
I had all but forgotten about this case - I don't watch much TV and what we do watch is usually Netflix movies... so I started the beginning of this thread and skipped on over to the last page hoping to read about her conviction... not done with the trial yet?!? Wow this is a ridiculously long trial! |
I have never ever head of any before brash enough to slaughter somebody so horribly and so brutally that their own act of savagery on the other person gave them - the killer - PTSD. That takes some - excuse me - BALLS!!!!! Or, ovaries, in this case! Geez! Arias: "Excuse me, Arizona, but killing a citizen of your state just upset me so badly that I am not a psychological mess and must deal with this messy old PTSD and because of that - I just can't get on the stand and tell the truth, much as I would just love to do it! You have to understand how traumatized and upsetting the killing was. Just drained me and my memory. I'm a mess since then. Oh, and while I am at it, here is the bill for my defense, Arizona taxpayers. Haven't been able to hold down a job since the killing from my self-inflicted PTSD." That woman's got some nerve!!! |
