I feel the same as Nancy. how could anyone kill their baby girl. at the same time though it takes a big psycho to mutilate all those people and rape and torture old ladies and young girls and kill so many people without having a care.

Has anyone heard if Casey is going to be legally compelled to go back to Florida to live out her year probation for stealing checks (felony)? I heard the judge who sentenced her to that meant probation was to be served outside of prison not inside. He has since been removed (or stepped down?) from the case and Judge Perry is going to be deciding whether her parole needs to be served in Florida or if she has already served it while in prison waiting trial. Have not heard if it was decided yet?

Last I heard Judge Perry wanted to research it some, he agreed with defense attorneys that she would be in danger and wanted to know if she could be kept reasonably safe if made to come back. He talked about "administrative" probation, meaning she wouldn't have to come in, and I believe he said he will decide on Wednesday of this week.

How could ppl w a healthy amount of critical thinking skills and IQ level only deliberate for about 11 hours w all the evidence presented, also w notes that they left in the courtroom? These are jurors did not take their civil duty seriously. I think the proof of this is in the pudding.

I cannot believe how that trial ended up. Unreal.

From what they were saying on TruTV, the judge was very worried about keeping her safe so it looks like they still have to decide if she will be allowed to serve probation in some other location - whether that means another county or another state, don't know.

I'm glad that they aren't allowing her to avoid probation all together. The whole point of probation is to see if you can behave yourself while you are out and about in public, not if you can behave yourself while you are locked in a small room for 23 hours a day.

So true. Never understood how in the world one could essentially serve out the terms of probation while incarcerated with maximum 24/7/365 oversight! How does that prove one can live in society as a regular person? It doesn't!
