I'm glad that they aren't allowing her to avoid probation all together. The whole point of probation is to see if you can behave yourself while you are out and about in public, not if you can behave yourself while you are locked in a small room for 23 hours a day. |
So true. Never understood how in the world one could essentially serve out the terms of probation while incarcerated with maximum 24/7/365 oversight! How does that prove one can live in society as a regular person? It doesn't!
