Last I heard Judge Perry wanted to research it some, he agreed with defense attorneys that she would be in danger and wanted to know if she could be kept reasonably safe if made to come back. He talked about "administrative" probation, meaning she wouldn't have to come in, and I believe he said he will decide on Wednesday of this week.
