Has anyone heard if Casey is going to be legally compelled to go back to Florida to live out her year probation for stealing checks (felony)? I heard the judge who sentenced her to that meant probation was to be served outside of prison not inside. He has since been removed (or stepped down?) from the case and Judge Perry is going to be deciding whether her parole needs to be served in Florida or if she has already served it while in prison waiting trial. Have not heard if it was decided yet?
